Every day from 7:30 a.m. to 09:30 a.m. you can enjoy our breakfast in our stylish breakfast room or on the covered sun terrace. Savour countless regional delicacies in a cosy atmosphere and enjoy the views over the breath-taking mountain landscape of South Tyrol.
What our varied breakfast buffet includes:
We love to spoil you with local charcuterie and cheese specialties. Try our typical breads and enjoy our own, lovingly homemade jam, local honey, fresh fruit and vegetables from our garden, yoghurt and homemade “Bircher Muesli”. Every day, we prepare fresh fruit salads and different egg-dishes on request (free-range eggs).
You should also try our homemade, sugar-free apple juice and the aromatic organic coffee.
